Rentals in this area generally rent for about $1,375 for an interior unit, but because we're competitively listed, our townhouse is available (and it's an END unit) for $1,350.

View from the townhouse, across the street. Pangborn Park, including a duck pond, is located directly behind these trees. It's a great view in the winter time, too, when all the trees are covered in snow! :)
