Rentals in this area generally rent for about $1,375 for an interior unit, but because we're competitively listed, our townhouse is available (and it's an END unit) for $1,350. 

Our long-term tenants are sadly moving on, so we're looking for a great new family that will care for our townhouse as if it's your own.
